Job Submission Policy

Although unlimited submission of workflow jobs are allowed, each submitter will only be allowed to run up to four workflow jobs at a time with the remaining jobs held in order of submission.

CAMERA employs what CAMERA is calling a "fair" scheduling policy where workflow jobs are scheduled on a priority based inversely proportional to compute resources already consumed by submitter. CAMERA uses a seven day half-life when calculating penalty of consumed compute resources. CAMERA reserves the right to change this policy in the future or to adjust priority of any jobs.
