  • Now handles very large BLAST jobs - upload hundreds of thousands of query sequences
    totaling over 10 Mbp, and produce millions of alignments

  Based on Doug Rusch's fragment recruitment viewer (See PLoS Biol, 2007):

  • Visualize BLASTN recruitment of metagenomic reads against 1200 microbial genomes
  • Export sequences from regions of interest
  • View Reference Genome annotations on the X-axis
  • Select sample site, annotation filters and refresh the viewer
